Presenter Information
Please see the information below to see how your virtual presentation will run during the conference.
For information on how to submit your video or e-poster, visit the Submissions page.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
The concurrent sessions for Oral presentations will be webinar-style run through AirCast Studio.
Your session will begin with the chairperson introducing the session and each presentation. Each pre-recorded video will then play and be followed by a live Q&A session between the chairperson and the presenting author.
For peace-of-mind, presenting authors will be provided the opportunity to go to a test session prior to the beginning of the conference and a technical check-in session will be available during the conference for presenting authors to test microphones and camera’s prior to their timeslot.
Please note, that the conference platform works best when opened in Google Chrome.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The posters you have submitted will be available throughout the conference in the Poster Gallery.
During the dedicated poster session, delegates will browse the poster gallery. If they’re interested in a particular poster, they’ll select to join the presentation queue. You, as the presenter, will be able to control who from the queue can join your presentation and when. When you’re ready, you let in people from the queue and can begin presenting.
Presenting includes the ability to be heard via your microphone, seen via your camera and you can share your screen (if you have a PowerPoint for example). Delegates in your e-poster presentation will be able to chat with you via microphone and they can also type questions in a Q&A function.
